New brochure outlines electronics packaging solutions for railway applications

Electronics packaging specialist Schroff has brought out a new brochure detailing the company’s wide range of enclosures and embedded systems for use in railway applications.
The 28-page A4 brochure starts with an overview of Schroff’s capabilities and illustrates the typical locations where its products are found, such as inside trains, trackside, in signal boxes and at stations.
It then goes on to explain the comprehensive shock and vibration testing that is carried out on the enclosures and systems, in accordance with IEC, SNCF and Deutsche Bundesbahn standards.
The second half of the brochure provides a closer look at the diverse range of products available, including wall-mounted enclosures, indoor and outdoor cabinets, subracks, and complete systems featuring integrated backplanes, power supplies and cooling.
To obtain a copy of the brochure, visit www.schroff.co.uk and click on the Catalogue Request button. Alternatively, the brochure can be downloaded in PDF format from the mini-site www.schroff.co.uk/railway. Full shock and vibration test reports are available at www.schroff.co.uk/testreports.
