Front Panel Fast Track, part of Schroff's new ServicePLUS option, can deliver individually-designed front panels within two days ex works. The design palette includes the widest variety of cut-outs for connectors, LEDs, handles, switches etc, as well as printing and assembly.
Front Panel Fast Track: All AdvancedMC and standard front panels
As well as AdvancedMC front panels that conform to PICMG® AMC.0 RC1.1, the renowned Front Panel Fast Track can now also supply all front panels to the specifications of the revised PICMG® AMC.0 R2.0 standard. Additionally, the Front Panel Fast Track service can individually create about 100 additional standard front panels from the Schroff catalogue. Altogether there is now a range of more than 900 front panels to choose from.
The cost of a front panel can be calculated online at the Schroff website http://www.frontplattenexpress.eu. First, the necessary basic data is entered - height, width, number of round holes, number of cut-outs, desired EMC shielding, type of exterior finish, lacquering and silk-screen printing (how many colours) - and then desired accessories (nipple and neck collar screw variations plus shielding material) are selected. The customer can elect whether to have the accessories fitted or not. Next, a click on "Calculate Price" reveals a table of prices and delivery times for different manufactured quantities of the panel, beginning with one. The delivery times cited apply for orders placed before 11.00 am (Central European time).
The "PDF Quote by E-mail" button will quickly generate and send a printable quote for the front panel that has been configured. Orders can be placed either by frontplattenexpress@schroff.de or, if there are further questions, direct via the Front Panel Centre. The Centre has specialists available to give advice by telephone.
