Schroff launches personalised customer portal with online shop

Electronics packaging specialist Schroff has launched a new customer portal, mySchroff.com, which is designed to save time and enhance the online experience by filtering and sorting information according to the interests specified in each customer’s personal profile.
The new portal will be of interest to anyone involved in specifying products such as cabinets, subracks, cases, backplanes, power supplies or complete bus-based systems.
Based on extensive analysis of customer feedback, mySchroff.com provides facilities for sending inquiries, shopping online, checking order status and history, and downloading technical data.
Each user specifies in their personal profile exactly what information – and how much of it – should be displayed. This optimised service eliminates the need to spend time searching for information such as product changes, new additions, discontinuations and successor products.
The comprehensive online shop shows details of pricing and availability and allows customers to create their own shopping basket, which they can save for subsequent visits. Likewise, delivery addresses can also be entered and saved. In addition, users can send inquiries to Schroff via the online shop, without obligation.
Order status can be checked at any time from receipt of order to despatch, and an order history facility allows customers to check previous orders quickly and easily.
The product area of the portal provides access to detailed technical information, including CAD data, three-dimensional product views, user manuals, test reports and white papers.
