Additionally, the portal includes a comprehensive online shop that shows pricing and checks availability. Users can create their own shopping basket, which they can save for subsequent visits. Likewise, delivery addresses for online orders can be entered and saved. In addition to placing orders, users can send enquiries to Schroff without obligation as before, via the shop.

Customers can check the status of their orders at any time, from the receipt of the order to the time of despatch. There is even an order history facility that allows the user to check earlier, completed orders, simply and fast. To spare the customer lengthy searches here too, searches can be run by order reference or by part number, or restricted to a specified time period.
